Creative Movement Ages 3-4
Designed to develop leg, back and stomach muscles through the dance combination of tap and ballet. Your young child will also learn; coordination, rhythm and music appreciation in a fun environment.Pre-Dance Ages 5-6
Designed to build jazz, tap and ballet fundamentals through stretching, twisting and simple choreography while using fun, age appropriate music.Tap
Designed to develop basic fundamental musical rhythms through sophisticated, multi-dimensional percussive use of sounds and rhythmical footwork.
Jazz
Designed to emphasize bodylines, flexibility and choreographic style through use of up-beat, contemporary and stylized music selections. Ballet must be taken while enrolled in Jazz.
Ballet
Designed to build strength, flexibility, endurance, and control through the use of barre exercises and adagio sequences. An understanding of proper body mechanics and the French vocabulary is emphasized. Ballet is the basic foundation for all forms of dance.
Lyrical
Designed to incorporate ballet, jazz and modern movements while using current music to develop interpretive, emotional dance expression. Ballet must be taken while enrolled in Lyrical.
Acro
Designed to enhance the fundamentals of floor gymnastics. Basic, core skills are learned as well as back and front walkovers, summersaults, bridges and more.
Musical Theatre
Designed to teach dancers about the history of dance eras, choreographers as well as original choreography from past and present musicals both on and off Broadway.
Hip-Hop
Hip-Hop dance is performed to hip-hop music. It is an intense athletic style of dance. Hip-hop requires arm, core and leg strength. This is a fun, high energy style of dance.
Anatomy & Conditioning, Strength & Conditioning
Designed to enhance the fundamentals of core strength. It is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well being.
