Stephanie began dancing when she was 3 years old and loved every minute of it. She started with Ballet & Tap and then moved into Jazz & Clogging.

At the age of 13, Stephanie was an assistant to her dance instructor for one year. At the age of 14 she opened her own dance studio in Riverton, Utah. She taught jazz, hip hop, lyrical, & clogging for 8 years. Stephanie took her teams too many competitions through the years and have won over 20 different awards with 15 of them being 1st place awards. This studio is still being operated by her family. While running her studio, Stephanie was also on the Riverton High School Dance Company for 2 years where she was trained in modern. She continued to be a part of the Riverton High School Drill Team for 1 year where she was trained in jazz, lyrical, and other dance types.

Stephanie studied at Brigham Young University for 5 summers in clogging, learning the history of clogging & new choreography. Stephanie took a short break from dancing while she had her baby and is now so excited to get back into dancing and sharing her return with Definitive Dance Studio.
